Atlus has outlined how the capital business partnership with Takara will affect its company structure. The company's (home console) game development division and its CS divison, which has so far handled advertising and sales, will merge into one new, strengthened CS divison. Similarly, the arcade development division as well as the arcade facility management division will merge into one new division as well. Furthermore, a new marketing strategy room will be set up and the coordination between the Japanese and overseas markets improved. By strengthening its two subsidaries, Atlus USA and Singapore-based Atlus Entertainment Pte, the company also hopes to improve its stand on the overseas markets.
