Good day, RPGFans! This is Patrick Gann (a.k.a. "Ramza"), back on staff to help Lucy with the ever-growing soundtracks section. Lucy is currently taking a much-deserved break, but she should be back in two or three months. Once she's back, I'll go back to my three-walled cubicle as an assistant; until then, I'm all you got! So let's talk soundtracks! Final Fantasy IV's arranged album, Celtic Moon, is definitely an "oldie but a goodie." Loyal reader Son of Saturn has written us a review of the album, focussing on the use of instruments and style of arrangement. Also in this series, Lucy has written a lengthy review for the Final Fantasy X Vocal Collection. Is it good, or is it horrible? Be sure to check out the review to find out what Lucy thinks, and check out the samples to find out what you think. Always faithful to write us a good review, Liz Maas has done an amazing job reviewing the very-recently released Final Fantasy X-2 OST. Michael "The Chronologist" Salbato and reader Jon Turner have both written reviews for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker OST. Reader James McCawley has sent in a review for Masashi Hamauzu's outstanding soundtrack for UNLIMITED:SaGa. Popular in Japan, obscure in America, the Shin Megami Tensei series has spawned the new game Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne. Reader-reviewer Zalbag sent us a review for the game's original soundtrack. Very exciting, indeed! If you haven't heard music from this series before, please go hear the samples. They're good. Finally, I dug through the old archives and found a review I wrote years ago for the Lunar: Eternal Blue Complete Soundtrack, a domestically-released CD that comes with the Working-Designs-printed game.
