Following 39 out of 40 ratings for the series' previous installment, Weekly Famitsu's four reviewers have only given Final Fantasy X-2 a gold award, as they rated the newest addition to the Final Fantasy series with 34 out of 40.
Nintendo's GameBoy Advance title, The Legend Of Zelda: The Four Swords received a platinum award, scoring 35 out of 40.
NEC Interchannel's Interlude only received a review score of 26 out of 40.
