Japanese Sales Charts Update Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire slipped from the top spots to spots 5 and 4 respectively, selling 37,989 (for a total of 1,914,660) and 30,837 (for a total of 1,873,405) copies in the recent edition of the Japanese sales charts. Square's Kingdom Hearts Final Mix dropped from spot 5 to 13, thereby selling 10,238 copies this week and a total of 323,340 copies since its December 26th release. Gust's GameBoy Advance RPG Marie, Elie and Anis no Atelier entered the charts at spot 14th by selling 8,788 copies. One spot behind is Nintendo's Legend of Zelda: Kaze no Takuto which sold 8,256 copies for a total of 587,550 copies. Two more Square games came in at spots 16th and 17th with the Greatest Hits edition of Final Fantasy X, and Unlimited SaGa. The earlier sold 8,091 copies (for a total of 16,796) and the latter 7,897 to brings its total to 381,222 copies. Namco's PlayStation 2 RPG Tales of Destiny 2 came in at spot 27, slipping from 13. This week the game sold 5,496 copies to brings its impressive total to 836,112 copies. Level 5's Dark Chronicle also lost some ground, coming in at spot 34 and selling 4,479 copies for a total of 224,868 copies. The third volume of Bandai's .hack series fell from spot 40 to 50 to rank up sales of 2,856 copies this week. The game has sold 140,190 copies since its December 12th release. |
