Sega has announced plans to release Windows XP versions of Sakura Taisen 1 and 2. Sakura Taisen - XP Version Pack + and Sakura Taisen 2 - Kimi, Shinita mou koto nakare - XP Version Pack + will be available in March. The first game will also come with an updated collection of desktop accessories featuring new movies and voices. Sakura Taisen 2 - Kimi, Shinita mou koto nakare - XP Version Pack + will ship with a second set of desktop accessories. Among the applications included are a virtual camera, allowing players to take and save a picture of their favorite screenshots as well as typing software.
Apart from Windows XP, both games will support Windows 98 and ME.
Sakura Taisen - XP Version Pack + and Sakura Taisen 2 - Kimi, Shinita mou koto nakare - XP Version Pack + will be released on March 20th for 4,800 yen (40.64USD) and 5,800 yen (49.11USD) respectively.
