It has been announced that the PC port of Square's PlayStation 2 online RPG, Final Fantasy XI, will be released on November 7th.
Due to a shortage of PS2 Broadband units, Square has only sold 120,000 copies of the game's PS2 version in Japan to date. The company hopes to significantly increase the number of PlayOnline suscriptions with the upcoming PC version.
