Sega of Japan has announced that additional fees will be charged for the Xbox version of Phantasy Star Online. This is already on top of the fees that will be charged to subscribers of Xbox Live in Japan.
PSO will ship bundled with the Xbox Live starter kit in Japan this Fall. Sega of America has yet to announce a pricing plan for the North American version.
