Microsoft Game Studios announced recently that they are in the stages of finalizing an exclusive publishing deal with Sigil Games Online. Sigil was formed by Brad McQuaid, co-creator of Everquest, and Jeff Butler, former producer of the Everquest Live and expansion teams.
