Currently, Another War looks to have similar gameplay elements to that of Baldur’s Gate. The player begins by creating a character rated for basic attributes like strength, agility, and intelligence. This, in turn, will determine what class the player is (thief, strong man, or intellectual), and will supply the player with ability points to customize his or her character.

Although the official site states a release date of December 2001, the game appears to have been delayed, and a new release date has not been set.
