Reader Review Hotpot Hey review fans. The ole P-nix has been down in the dumps lately, thanks to many factors all conspiring to ruin his summer plans. So when I got these reader reviews, I was kinda like, bleah, more reviews to post. But then I thought, hey, these readers put their hearts and souls into writing these things, and I shouldn't let my gloominess get in the way of their glory. So here's about 45 minutes of fame. First up we have a review by reader Pink Namek (cute title) of Square's illustrious Final Fantasy IX. Next is Sr Behemoth's review of Sony's Dark Cloud for PS2. Nice to see the senior one writing for game reviews instead of soundtrack reviews, for a change. Finally, we have HolyDragoon21's review of an old SNES title from the land of the rising sun, Square's Live A Live. The soundtrack to this game is really good, composed by Legend of Mana and Super Mario RPG talent, Yoko Shimomura. And just for the sake of it, I'll throw you all a link to the review of the soundtrack, which I own and is pretty dern good. |
