Square has posted a job listing on their website calling for Game Masters for Final Fantasy XI. It's a paying position which involves both technical and customer service skills, such as:
- dealing with player harassment
- reporting players with illegal names
- players ruining the game for other players (yes, this is somewhat vague)
- responding to general questions
