Idea Factory has announced the development of Generation of Chaos Next for PlayStation 2 on their website. Generation of Chaos Next actually isn't one game, but rather three in one. Each mode boasts different features seen in previous Idea Factory games. Generation of Chaos Next - Love and Bonds plays more like a traditional RPG, featuring realtime combat and a dramatic story, while Generation of Chaos Version 2 emphasizes more on strategy, letting the player lead entire armies into battle. Version 2 will allow you to create and edit your own generals and evaluate the loyalty of your armed forces. Last but not least, Kindgom of Chaos -Another Time has a more simulation-like character, being based on Kingdom of Chaos for the PC.
Love and Bonds' first four characters have already been revealed: a soldier by the name of Eril, a commander called Rifaia, a blue-haired princess called Rosi and Poro, a little elf. Furthermore, 100 NPCs based on characters created by users of Kingdom of Chaos for PC will appear in the game.
