PSO coming to North American PCs Sega of America's Vice President of Strategic Planning and Corporate Affairs, Charles Bellfield, recently revealed in an interview conducted by IGN that Phantasy Star Online will indeed see a release for the North American PC platform as well. The distributor isn't exactly an unfamiliar face, neither to Sega nor PC users; to be more precise, we are talking about a certain Redmond-based company here. Microsoft will not only distribute the game, but also set up the online support servers. Bellfield also mentioned Fall 2002 as a release date for the North American Xbox version of Shenmue II, while he repeated that the European version of the game is still on track for an early 2002 release on Dreamcast. |
