While everyone's dying to get their hands on Neverwinter Nights, Bethesda Softworks is showing off their own "RPG Creator," known as The Elder Scrolls (TES) Construction Set, set to be packaged with upcoming title Morrowind. The set promises to let players create totally new plug-ins for Morrowind, allowing you, in essence, to create an entirely new game.
While RPGFan editor Sensei Phoenix (me) got a chance to see TES Construction Set in action at E3, Bethesda saw fit to put up a tutorial on their website (how user friendly is that?)
