Enix And Game Arts Announce Grandia X Enix has invested 99,200,000 yen (about $830,000) into Game Arts' capital at a rate of 15% and is going to collaborate with the company to not only publish but also develop games. Enix will be publishing Grandia II for the PlayStation 2 this winter, and will also collaborate with Game Arts on developing a new PS2 Grandia game, tentatively named Grandia X. No information is known about the game so far, but it should be released next Spring. Afterwards, the two companies plan to collaborate on a new network game. Ubi Soft has already picked the US rights for the PlayStation 2 Grandia II, and was showing footage from the game at E3. Expect us to bring you new information on either game as soon as it emerges! |
