Further Tales of Eternia Confirmation

Tales of Destiny 2, aka Tales of Eternia, has gotten another confirmation as a US release from an unexpected source. In an e-mail from Tommy Tallarico, he stated that Namco had "decided to use a different source for the opening for Tales of Destiny 2." Tallarico was used for the American opening to Tales of Destiny in the US, as the Japanese version included a song with vocals. Tales of Eternia seems to be getting the same treatment, which is a shame since the Garnet Crow song used in the opening is nothing short of awesome.

New details have been revealed about the Brownie Brown developed GameBoy Advance RPG, Magical Vacation. The story follows some magic school students who stumble into another world. You must use your magic to defeat the monsters you encounter in a turned-based battle system. Battles take place on a 3x5 field, and the direction and distance will play heavily into how effective your strategies are.

Miss Moonlight, Speilsoft's new Dreamcast conversation title, is now featured on the company's website. Your goal in the game is a princess with a father away on business. Miss Moonlight should release in Japan on June 21st.

Square's lineup for this year's E3 will include a playable Final Fantasy X, Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy IV, and a trailer for Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within. No word yet on whether this will be the same playable of Final Fantasy X that was on display at TGS or not. E3 will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center May 17th-19th and is a press only event.
