Hoshigami: Ruining Blue Earth Previewed

Greetings, RPG fans. With all the confusion over who will be the next President of the United States, isn't it good to know that you can always count on RPGFan for some gaming goodness in your time of need?

Here's a little clip from Shiguma's preview of Hoshigami: Ruining Blue Earth:

"The legend of Hoshigami tells of the fate of the Kingdom of Ixia. In ancient times, this kingdom floated as a continent in the sky and developed an advanced civilization through mutual coexistence with spirits. This peace was disrupted, however, when an evil lord by the name of Vira discovered a means to harness the power of the spirits. Vira sealed the spirits' power within a medium known as Maselva and used its power to usurp the Kingdom of Ixia, completely destroying it and founding another in his name.

Elvira, the strongest of the spirits, sank the continent in revenge against the human race, but spared the life of one Ixian. This youth was Sanas, and having been granted the divine powers of Elvira and the six gods of the stars, proceeded to seal the evil and ominous force that was Maselva and conquer the Kingdom of Vira. As a result, the second age of the Ixian Kingdom was revived, and peace was restored to the land. The people's knowledge of the spirits' existence faded through the passage of time, although the spirits continued to support and guide the continent, as they had once promised to Sanas."
