Overdue Reader ReviewsOy! It's been a few days since I've updated with any reviews, so get ready for quite a backlog. Some of these reviews I've had in my to do folder for over a month, waiting for the right time to be released on the public. However, I can't deny these readers their place in the spotlight, their 15 minutes of fame. This is going to be quite an update, so lets' begin!First up we have an NES review by that Isotope mascot, Dancin' Homer. It's of Lucas Arts' classic point and click adventure, Maniac Mansion. Dudes, I LOVED that game. I gave the Meteor the recording contract. Anyway, check it out here. And don't put hamsters in the microwave in real life. Next up we've got reader Cloud Hurler's review of another classic, this time for the Turbo Grafx-16. His review of Hudson Soft's action/RPG, Dungeon Explorer 2 marks this site's first ever reader-written TG-16 review. It's been in my folder for at least a month, maybe more. It's groovy to say the least. Check out the goodness here. Next up we move to the realm of PC. Hierophant sends us his love via a review of Black Isle Studio's Icewind Dale. A new contributor, Hierophant's review is just, as we say at MENSA, da bomb, G! Check it out here reviews. And finally, moving on to the Playstation front, we've got two reviews. Number one is new contributor SCBomber's review of Sony's Legend of Dragoon. Check that out here. And number two is another Dancin' Homer review (ain't he just prolific?) this one of Square's Cinematic RPG sequel, Parasite Eve 2. Aya was nekid in the shower in the commercial hehe. Check the review out here. Wow, well that was a load off my Hard Drive. Now I've only got one lonely editor review in my folder... I feel so cleansed. In any case, sorry to all those people who have been waiting so patiently for their reviews to be put up. And to all you reviewers out there, c'mon, I haven't heard from anyone in a while. Let's get the lead out, okay? I want reviews. Later! |
