Koudelka and Legend of Mana Ads!A new month (well, almost) brings new magazines to the newsstands, and to people's mailboxes. As such, we have some new advertisements for upcoming RPGs.First is a new ad for Koudelka. Developed by Sacnoth, and published in Japan by SNK, this gothic RPG was originally being ported to the U.S. by SNK. However, Infogrames recently announced that they would be doing the project instead. Whatever the case, both companies' logos are on the new ad. This ad can be seen with the first U.S. ad, and the Japanese one, here. At the bottom of the page, the official U.S. site for the game is advertised, www.koudelka-thegame.com. However, as of this writing, going there results in an error message. Perhaps Infogrames didn't count on the magazine getting into reader's hands so early? Koudelka is scheduled to hit store shelves this June. Square has proclaimed the coming few months to be the Summer of Adventure, as they release Legend of Mana, Threads of Fate (aka Dewprism), and Chrono Cross at one-month intervals. With Legend of Mana's June 2 release date drawing near, an ad has surfaced, which can be seen here. Expect to see ads for Square's other summer releases soon, and possibly Parasite Eve 2, which is set for a September release. |
