The Legend of Dragoon InfoThe Legend of Dragoon is an RPG that has been 3 years in development under the careful supervision of Sony Computer Entertainment and it will debut sometime this winter, most likely in December.One of the biggest RPG's ever, spanning 4 CDs and over 30 minutes of CG Movies, it will attempt to set a new standard and perhaps out do Square's Final Fantasy 8, which was recently released in the U.S. after much fanfare. Here is the basic story behind The Legend of Dragoon: 10,000 years have passed since the war between Dragoons, who control dragons, and the Enslavers, who can control magic. It is in these times that Dart begins his journey... Dart is the main hero of The Legend of Dragoon. Driven by his desire to avenge his parents' death, he leaves his hometown, Seles, in order to accomplish this task. He is soon joined by an Archer by the name of Shana, a childhood friend of his, who happens to be the daughter of the chief of Seles. Shana is the Heroine in this game. They are later joined by a mysterious woman by the name of Ros'e and a hooded man. It is possible to get a free promotion CD with CG Movies of The Legend of Dragoon if you live in Japan, but no word on exactly how or whether the offer is still valid. |
