New chatroom!Thanks to Ross Guida aka ramzab, we now have a chatroom hosted on Dalnet, which can be accessed via mIRC. The original chat we had up, while nice, ran across a few problems. First, the chat went down from time to time and tended to throw people out periodically. The second problem was that there was no way to regulate it, because we didn't own the actual chatroom(it was hosted on another server). This meant, people could play imposter, or get the top operator position and kick people out. We even had one person manage to get many of the regulars in the chatroom banned at one point. People like the infamous Will and Janus gave us problems. With this new mIRC based chat, if they even step foot in the chatroom to cause trouble, they'll be banned on the spot, allowing for REAL discussion instead of having to put up with this kind of foolish nonsense.Anyways, to check out the new chatroom, just click here!
