Eternal Arcadia PicsWhen it was first announced a few months ago, the RPG codenamed Project Ares automatically fueled rumors of it being a next installment in the Phantasy Star series because of the fact that members of the PS team were working on the game but as everybody knows by now, this was proven to be false when Sega revealed the real name of the game a few days ago. The name of this RPG is Eternal Arcadia and from the looks of it, it seems to be a VERY promising title.The game takes place in the skies on a series of floating islands and continents and there is a real "fantasy" feel emanating from the look of the game which is something that is slowly being lost these days (with more real-life RPGs like FF8 and such). I think I'm really going to like the settings in this game. From what is known so far, each islands or continents will have a different look and culture (just like a normal world) and you'll be able to travel between the locations with airships that look VERY much like 15th century vessels (or any pirate ships in movies). So far, only 3 characters have been revealed and they will no doubt be the main characters of the game. You can check out the 3 main characters by clicking here.
