Explanation of RPGFan's problems

Okay, you've all been wondering what's been happening with RPGFan the last couple days so here's everything you want to know... and more.

Basically, RPGFan has been moved to a better server over the last couple days. Since RPGFan wasn't the only site being moved, this took quite a bit of time. While the other sites were being moved, it made the server so slow that RPGFan could hardly load up and most people noticed incredible lag because of that. Also, we were unable to update the site because in order for the server guys to make a backup of our site for the move, they shut down our FTP access during this time which is pretty normal. Our site was finally moved over today and I'm glad to announce that we are up and running on the new server and everything should be back to normal. There's a very good possibility that the site will now be faster than ever because the new server is a lot faster than the old one. Hopefully, you guys will see a difference.

However, the move has caused all the old messages on the message boards to give errors when you try to view them so forget about reading those old messages. However, the message boards ARE working so go ahead and continue to post because all new posts made on this server will work fine.

Expect the updates to pick up in the next couple days as we try to catch up on the latest happenings in the world of RPGs.

Thank you for your understanding.
