More Zelda Gaiden news? You got it!

Famitsu, the Japanese gaming magazine, has a normal "Most Wanted" list, just like most magazines have in the United States. However, in their most recent issue, there was a rather large change in the list.

Zelda Gaiden, the "semi-sequel" to The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time, has jumped a huge ten spots in Famitsu's Most Wanted list. The game, which was previously at the 29th spot, is now at the 19th spot. The jump is pretty impressive considering that the Nintendo 64 is doing very poor business in Japan.

Expect the popularity of Zelda Gaiden to rise even more, as it will be playable at Nintendo's annual game show, Space World, later this month. Zelda Gaiden will be released next year in Japan, hopefully in March. Still no conformation that the game will come to the United States.
