Working Designs and Dreamcast?

I have two different Usenet quotes from Vic in responce to WD publishing on the Dreamcast. Nothing is set in stone though, so take these quotes as you will.

Q. Well, there is the minor difficulty of WD having nothing to port at the moment even if they were on the DC bandwagon...

A. Are you sure? :)

Q. Obviously no sensible person expects you to drop Sony, considering how lucrative development for their system has been, but as we can see from the case with the N64, there is money to be made on a platform with a smaller installed base as long as it isn't flooded with software. Every title relased for the N64 in its first year sold at least 300,000 copies. Even Cruisin' USA. Oy, vey.

A. Money isn't really the issue, but the possibility of doing at least *some* Dreamcast is at least open now.

Can anyone smell Grandia 2 from Working Designs? ^_^ Either way, we'll all have to wait and see on this one. It is an interesting topic though. Oh, and just for those wondering. Bernie Stolar didn't quit Sega of America, he was replaced. That's just to answer the numerous questions we've recieved on the issue.
