Soul Hackers Scores HighSoul Hackers, Atlus' newest Devil Summoner RPG on the Playstation, received a total score of 34/40 from the highly respected Japanese gaming mag Famitsu. The 4 individual reviewers gave it ratings of 9, 8, 9, and 8, respectively. In Soul Hackers, a corrupt government has concocted a plan to harvest human souls by designing a virtual city called Paradigm-X. Upon discovering the evil government's plans, the game's main character, a hacker himself, plans to combat this scheme. Soul Hackers was originally released for the Sega Saturn last year. Sadly, Sony refused to approve a US version of the game. Let's hope they don't do anything as dumb as that when Persona 2: Sin is released in Japan. Source: The Gaming Intelligence Agency |
