Penning the Plushie Penguin

Apparently, this little stuffed penguin is from some animated show, somewhere. Found in the nether-regions of Kentia hall, it's assumed Penning hails from somewhere in Korea. He enjoys talking, cuddling, and of course long walks on the beach. Oh, and fish. He loves fish.
