With those new trailers comes a slew of new information on the additions we'll see in this Switch port. For example, new story segments, called EX Story, showcase protagonist Itsuki's friends as they fight in new dungeons with their Mirages and further develop their skills as performers!

Next, Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore features old and new costumes. All of the DLC costumes from the original Wii U game will be available upfront in the Switch port, though there is no word about the previously Japan-only swimsuits. On the new side, several costumes will be available, such as the Garreg Mach Academy uniform and outfits for Tsubasa and Kiria's new song, "She is..."

Furthermore, previously unplayable characters will appear as party members this time around! You can add Tiki, Maiko, and Barry to your battles! Tiki specializes in Magic-Fire, Maiko in Weapon-Slash, and Barry in Weapon-Cyclone attacks.

Lastly, quality of life improvements are being added to the game. Along with shortened load times, players will be able to use a mini-map during dungeons. Also, a Quick Session option will be available to skip through battle animations. Also, the Support Quest DLC from the original release will be available in the port right away, allowing players to improve their characters and gear right off the bat.
