Fernando Melo, the lead producer for the upcoming Dragon Age 4 has announced that he will be leaving BioWare. Melo will be departing from the company after a 12-year career there, having worked as the senior producer on Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age II.

Dragon Age 4 Lead Producer Leaves BioWare

This news comes in the wake of another departure from BioWare, as one of Anthem's creative leads, Ben Irving, also recently left the studio. Take heart, though, BioWare fans: in his departure letter, Melo states that Dragon Age 4 may wind up being the "definitive Dragon Age experience." Hopefully, we hear more about the game soon.
