What would you do if you were accused of being a witch. Me? I'd probably turn to my "kitchen" to concoct my latest "drink", but for the heroine of Psychedelica of the Ashen Hawk, she disguises herself as a boy and lives on the outskirts of the city to avoid being chased. There, she gets involved with the titular Ashen Hawk, a handsome man, and this sets the scene for a visual novel full of love and murder.

As the second part of the Psychedelica duology, Ashen Hawk shares a few common themes with Black Butterfly, but can largely be played on its own. Does it improve on the first game in this pair? Audra Bowling definitely thinks it does, so if you're a visual novel fan and you haven't tried Psychedelica of the Ashen Hawk, you should check out Audra's glowing review of the game right here!
