Judgment, which will launch in Japan on December 13th as Judge Eyes: Shinigami no Yuigon, will be making its way to the West in summer 2019, according to a new trailer featured in the Kinda Funny Games Showcase today. The latest project from the developers behind the Yakuza series, Ryu ga Gotoku Studio, Judgment will feature a full English dub in addition to the original Japanese audio. Additionally, Yakuza series localization producer Scott Stritchart has confirmed that players will be able to select between two English subtitle options, featuring subtitles which will reflect the English dub script or the original Japanese script. You can check out the latest trailer, and the newly revealed English dub, in the trailer below.

From the trailer, you might think that the lip movements in the game were reanimated for the English dub, however, when our own Timothy Veilleux reached out to Atlus director Sam Mullen about this, Mullen said, "Some of it is smoke and mirrors, but there are types of cut scenes [sic] that have different mouth animations between the JP and the EN. More to talk about on that later."

The English voice cast is full of incredible acting talents including Greg Chun as protagonist Takayuki Yagami and supporting voice talents provided by Crispin Freeman, Cherami Leigh, Yuri Lowenthal, Matthew Mercer, James Hong, Ed O'Ross, Amy Walker, Matt Yang King, Fred Tatasciore, and Brian Macnamara. Additional voices for Judgment will also be provided by talented voice artists like SungWon Cho, Cristina Vee, Max Mittelman, and many more.

A recently released demo is available right now on the Japanese PlayStation store which will allow players to experience the first chapter of the game. Judgment will release in the West on PlayStation 4 in summer 2019, and in Japan, Korea, and Asia on December 13th, 2018.
