Diablo has been a big force in the RPG world since its introduction, allowing players to slay demons and hoard loot for many years across many platforms. Now, Blizzard is bringing their hit series to a new platform with Diablo Immortal, an upcoming MMORPG designed specifically for Android and iOS devices!

Taking place between Diablo II and Diablo III, players will be able to travel through the world of Sanctuary, helping to cleanse the land from the vile demons that haunt it. Upon release, players will be able to choose between six iconic classes: Barbarian, Crusader, Demon Hunter, Monk, Necromancer, and Wizard, all deeply customizable with new classes planned for later releases. Players will be able to interact and meet up throughout the wilds of Sanctuary, and in the town hub of Westmarch, where they can group up to tackle the intense instanced dungeons found throughout the land!

While some may be a bit apprehensive using touch screen controls, Blizzard Entertainment and NetEase, the co-developers of Diablo Immortal, have taken every step to insure players will enjoy a fluid and entertaining combat system. Skills are activated with the simple press of a button, and chatting and forming groups is easier than ever, thanks to the native Blizzard Battle.net UI designed specifically for Diablo Immortal!

"Diablo Immortal takes the series' dark, gothic fantasy world of Sanctuary and inimitable Diablo gameplay, and puts it in your pocket," says J. Allen Brack, the president of Blizzard Entertainment. "With their incredible passion for Diablo and proven mobile expertise, the development team has spawned an ultra-responsive and breathtakingly beautiful mobile game, and we can't wait for players to get their hands on it."
