Prepare for a flashback to Dragon Quest VIII! The Trodain Bandana and Togs, the original costume of that game's protagonist, will be available to all players when Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age launches.
Equipping the costume grants the player valuable defense boosts early in the game. However, if you still want to wear the costume later, the recipe book "Trodain's Top Trends" will allow you to boost the stats later in the game.
