I will spare you the obvious Anime Dark Souls references when discussing Code Vein, even if that label really does give you an idea of what to expect with Bandai Namco's upcoming action RPG.
Okay, officially, the publisher lists "Dramatic Exploring Action RPG" for its genre, but for the sake of brevity, let's just omit those first two words, eh?
