We've finally made it to the last two mainline entries in the Final Fantasy series. Final Fantasy XIV might have had a disastrous launch back in 2010, but it was relaunched and reborn (ha...) with A Realm Reborn three years later to fanfare and acclaim. XIV has a large player base among the site staff, and with so much to do in this huge MMO, you can bet each and every experience will be completely different.
Then we get to 2016's Final Fantasy XV, a fantasy based on reality, and a very different fantasy indeed. After starting life as Versus XIII, XV went through development hell, and while the package still isn't complete, you can't deny this game had some very special moments. We've got memories from both of these modern giants, so please enjoy!
