New Etrian Odyssey Announcement Coming in Spring 2018

Atlus held a 10th Anniversary Etrian Odyssey Closing event on December 14th in Japan, confirming that a new Etrian Odyssey title is coming to the 3DS and further details on the upcoming installment will be announced in Spring 2018.

Series DIrector Shigeo Komori confirmed that the new title is not Etrian Odyssey 3 Untold. However, he did joke that there will be "map drawing to the point that it is unpleasant", possibly indicating that it will use the series staple more prominently.
