When Final Fantasy XII first came out back in 2006, it was met with strong critical fans from critics, but some fans were left wanting their traditional Final Fantasy game. Square Enix's 12th mainline installment did a lot of things differently, but what people may have forgotten was that it did a lot of right.

Now, a year after it was announced, Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age is out. This is the west's first look at the Japan-only International Zodiac Job System, along with many new additions, which hope to speak to those old fans who didn't quite click. Nick Ransbottom took a chance with this re-release, and let me tell you, it's a re-release worth playing again. Read Nick's review of The Zodiac Age below!
