Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom Delayed Two Months
Not the longest of delays, but a delay nonetheless.
07.13.17 - 10:22 AM

Bandai Namco announced this morning that Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom has been delayed to January. Originally announced — just last month — to be coming on November 10th, 2017, the new release date is now January 19th, 2018.

LEVEL-5 CEO and President Akihiro Hino created a video, explaining:

"We have decided that more development time is required in order to deliver the full Ni no Kuni II experience to our fans. I deeply apologize to those who have been looking forward to the game's release. Please rest assured, however, that we will continue to strive to provide a deep and satisfying single player experience that our fans can look forward to enjoying."

On the plus side, this gives you more time to read our E3 preview based on a game that already looked promising, so more development time can only improve the final game.
