After dancing around the topic of Zelda games for some time now, Retro Encounter finally puts its focus on the legendary series. Majora's Mask was a departure from the traditional blueprint Zelda games typically adhere to and we examine the pros and cons these changes had on the quality of the game, specifically what elements of the game should be reused in future games. There is lots of talk about the masks, time travel and our favorite side-quests.

Join us as Retro bends time and space to stop a megalomaniacal Skull Kid.

Retro Encounter 15-1: The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask

Retro Encounter embarks on a journey in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask to beat the Skull Kid and his menacing moon while playing. We discuss our history with Zelda, what makes Majora's Mask both special and different from the other games in the series and the plethora of upgrades to the 3DS port. Finally, there is plenty of talk surrounding the time mechanic and how that affects the experience.
