Updated Version of Stranger of Sword City Coming to Vita in Japan
Didn't we just get the regular Vita version in the US?

Experience has unveiled an updated version of Stranger of Sword City headed to PlayStation Vita in Japan. This new version will be called New Interpretation Stranger of Sword City: Black Palace and it features new events, new player classes, new gameplay mechanics and other small tweaks. Watch the debut trailer below.

The game will launch in Japan on June 21st for ¥3,800 ($35 USD). Those with a downloaded copy of the original game will be able to upgrade for ¥1,800 ($17 USD). The first 5,000 copies will include a special story book that describes the game's world of Escario.

The original Stranger of Sword City is immediately available in the west for PlayStation Vita and Xbox One and you can read the esteemed Robert Fenner give his thoughts on this new fantasy dungeon RPG in our review. There have been no announcements regarding New Interpretation Stranger of Sword City: Black Palace coming to the west at this point.
