First Pokémon Sun and Moon Footage to Be Shown April 3rd
Keeping my fingers crossed for the new starters.

Pokémon trainers around the world rejoiced at the announcement of Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon, the latest duology of games in the venerable franchise, but other than some logos and brief flashes of concept art we really didn't see a whole lot of them. We won't have to wait much longer, though, because the April 3rd episode of Gathering at the Pokémon House, a Japanese show used to promote the franchise, will showcase the first footage of these new titles. Series director Junichi Masuda, battle director Shigeki Morimoto, and game director Shigeru Ohmori will all be in attendance.

We'll keep you posted on whatever these fine gentlemen end up showing on April 3rd. Will it be the new starters? Cover legendaries? The games themselves are due out this holiday season.
