In a surprise move, Square Enix has released one of its "last-gen" RPGs, The Last Remnant, on iOS and Android in Japan. The game is playable on smartphones thanks to Square's cloud streaming service.
The app is 14MB and costs ¥2,000 ($16 US). As per usual, your first 30-minutes with the game are completely free. This game kind of flew under most people's radar when it was initially released so maybe this mobile version will bring it to a wider audience.
