On December 17th, Mother 3 will be available for download on Nintendo's Wii U Virtual Console. This is big news considering this game has only been playable, for the past nine years, using a physical GameBoy Advance (unless you used … you know, the other thing).
To celebrate, Nintendo Japan's Twitter mentioned that all three Mother games will be on sale for 20% off from 12/17 – 12/31. Given the release of Earthbound Beginnings on the West side, maybe a possible Western release of Mother 3 will happen.
