New 7th Dragon III Trailers Introduce Us to the New Jobs
The Vanisher sounds more like a superhero then an RPG class to be honest.

Sega has released a whole new set of 7th Dragon III Code: VFD trailers for our viewing pleasure. These trailers go into a bit of detail on some of the new jobs in the upcoming game. The first trailer shows off the Fortuner job. It seems every game lately needs to have some kind of Astrologer class, and 7th Dragon III Code: VFD is no different. The Fortuner class can inflict enemies with abnormal status aliments while still doing good damage. The pay off is they have low health and power so they tend to be a bit squishy on the battlefield.

The second trailer is for the Samurai class which is a job that offers a more balanced playstyle. It has good offense and defense, and can use both one handed and two handed swords. Depending on the weapon the skills of the Samurai will change.

The third job introduction is for the Vanisher. You would think with a name like Vanisher it would be a stealth class, but you couldn't be anymore wrong. The class is instead your heavy armored lancer class. They differ in the fact that their lances seem to be powered by some kind of rocket launcher attached to the back of them allowing the Vanisher to launch their spears and themselves across the battlefield in big fiery explosions.

Finally we have two more trailers that are your standard game trailers showcasing the battle system and the game's dragon system. You can check them both out below.

7th Dragon III Code: VFD is due out on the 3DS in Japan on October 15th. There is no word yet on a Western release.
