Minecraft comparisons aside, the brand-new crafting and gathering RPG Dragon Quest Builders was shown off during Square Enix's Dragon Quest New Title press conference. Along with this conference came a small dose of new gameplay footage, which you can check out below.

As previously reported, Dragon Quest Builders takes place in the world from the very first Dragon Quest, now ruled by the villianous Dragonlord and providing plenty of incentive for players to set out and restore the world. Dragon Quest Builders is coming out in Japan on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and Vita.
