What a deal! For Steam only, mind you.

Bandai Namco have a pledge system set up through Steam to encourage players to pre-order Tales of Zestiria on PC. Essentially, if enough people pre-order the game, new bonuses are unlocked that all players who pre-ordered will then receive.
Everyone who pre-orders will be given some classic in-game weapons from past Tales games, along with the first two tiers that have already been reached: additional character costumes based on past Tales characters.
The third and final tier, which is not yet unlocked, will give all who pre-order Zestiria a copy of Tales of Symphonia on Steam at no extra charge. At this point there's still a long way to go, but the deadline isn't until the later-half of October. So if you're planning to pre-order, the sooner the better!
