Fire Emblem If is getting some pretty unique connectivity features, as shown in the latest gameplay clip. The "My Castle" feature allows players to create facilities, shops, and interact with various allies. What makes this so special is you'll be able to use the StreetPass feature to see another player's castle and buy items that may not be available in your own world. Of course, you'll also be able to battle against your friend's castle. This is probably the part where we start playing The Rains of Castamere.

Nintendo also revealed that the various Fire Emblem Amiibos will work in Fire Emblem If. Characters like Marth, Ike and Robin will appear in your castle if you use their corresponding collectible figurine. Fire Emblem If is out on June 25th in Japan for Nintendo 3DS, and a western release will follow sometime in 2016.
