Is the PS4 version even HD-er than the PS3 version?

Wow, where have I been that this came out already? I feel like I picked up the PS3 version of Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD Remaster a few weeks ago and put it down for a few days, and here's the PS4 version.

While Peter typically spends his days being awesome in our News Department or recording our latest podcast, Retro Encounter, he spent some time with this PS4 re-re-release of Final Fantasy X and X-2. Is this latest edition a rehash of the PS3/Vita versions that came before, is it the definitive edition of the FFX duo, or something else entirely?

And a personal request from me: Give FFX-2 a try, regardless of platform. It's good, silly fun, and any game that coins the term "disasteriffic" is a win in my book.
