RPGFan Music: Xenoblade Chronicles X OST Review
Black tar will get you wherever you go. Don't worry, though.

We can't go back where we came from (meaning Shulk-style Xenoblade), but we sure can look forward towards the upcoming massive sequel to what I'd probably call the Wii's finest RPG. Xenoblade (Chronicles) X takes a very different tack to the kind of giant world exploration that its predecessor made so popular, and along with that new style comes a soundtrack that I think is safely called a wild departure. It's going to be polarizing, but you can get some idea of what to expect from part-time Autobot Davi Tesnovich's review of the freshly-released official soundtrack. Composer Hiroyuki Sawano made a name for himself in some big-time anime (Attack on Titan, for example), but how does his foray into mega-RPGs fare?

You should go the way of Davi's review to find out.
