The Great Ace Attorney Has No Objection to Japanese Release Date

The Great Ace Attorney has an official release date. According to Japanese magazine Famitsu, The Great Ace Attorney will be released for the Nintendo 3DS in Japan on July 9th. A limited edition will be released along side the standard edition. 5800¥ (~$49 US, €45 Euro) will get you the standard edition, while 7300¥ (~$61 USD, €56 Euro) will get you the limited edition.

The game follows an ancestor of Phoenix Wright named Ryuunosuke Naruhodou. Ryuunosuke Naruhodou will team up with notable fictional characters Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson as they tackle the law in 1800's England as well as Meiji era Japan. Famitsu also gave some more information on what kind of cases the trio will tackle in London, as well as some more details into the antagonist of the game.

A Western release date has not been announced.
